About the Role

You will build and run hardware asset-management processes from procurement through secure disposal. You will manage inventory, vendors, device refreshes, collections, e-waste, corporate mobile operations, and automation while maintaining accurate asset records across offices.

Requirements

• Experience implementing an asset management and lifecycle program for a multi-office fleet
• Experience selecting or implementing an asset management platform such as Jira Assets or Snipe-IT
• Experience developing an asset-management data model
• Experience running e-waste or secure-disposal programs with chain-of-custody records
• Experience managing hardware reseller or vendor relationships
• Experience writing runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles

Responsibilities

• Develop the global asset management strategy and lifecycle model
• Select, implement, and administer the asset management tool
• Develop office asset-management and storage-room processes
• Manage hardware lifecycle services vendors
• Maintain accurate inventory records from receiving through disposal
• Run inventory audits and reconcile physical counts
• Manage demo, loaner, and travel-device inventories
• Support hardware purchasing and refresh planning
• Reconcile purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices
• Develop device collection, recovery, e-waste, and secure-disposal workflows
• Provision, track, and recover BPO device fleets
• Run corporate mobile operations and manage carrier relationships
• Automate repetitive operational work
