About the Role
You will maintain reliable internet, network, SMS, and SIP connectivity for office operations. You will troubleshoot user and platform issues, support onboarding, manage permissions and hardware, assist with integrations and servers, handle reports and billing reconciliations, coordinate vendors, train users, and improve IT procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT Computer Science Engineering Telecommunications or an equivalent field
- 3+ years of experience in an IT or network support desk
- Proficiency in French and good command of English
- Knowledge of networks and SaaS tools
- Experience using Google Workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends or statutory holidays when required
- Understanding of SMS and VoIP or SIP systems is an advantage
- Strong understanding of networks and systems
- Basic SQL knowledge
Responsibilities
- Manage internet access and coordinate with external suppliers
- Assist with new systems and network setup
- Participate in on-call ticket management and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot network connection issues and telephony error logs
- Support employee onboarding with IT resources
- Manage employee permissions and hardware
- Resolve software and hardware support issues
- Support system integrations with external partners
- Write basic SQL queries for reports and troubleshooting
- Process telecom billing invoices and manage the SIM fleet
- Report daily issues and resolutions
- Complete technical tasks for IT projects
- Reconcile SIP bills monthly
- Assist with local server installations and remediation
- Train users on IT standards and processes
- Document and improve IT procedures
