About the Role
You will support real estate industry clients from planning system strategies through implementation and adoption. You will formulate DX and IT plans, define scope and requirements, support vendor selection and RFP evaluation, manage implementation projects, and design post-implementation operations.
Requirements
- Practical experience with IT or DX projects in consulting or a business company
- Experience with system planning, business requirements definition, or system requirements definition
- Experience managing or supporting IT implementation projects as a PM or PMO, including schedule, issue, and stakeholder management
- Experience with vendor management, RFP preparation, and proposal evaluation
- Experience in upstream processes from an IT consulting or systems integration background
- Experience supporting ERP products such as SAP or Oracle or SaaS implementations
- Understanding of or practical experience with project methods such as Agile and Scrum
- Experience designing or implementing systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience establishing IT strategy, IT governance, or IT internal controls

- Manage system implementation projects as a PM or PMO, including schedule, quality, and cost
