About the Role
You will represent investment management in your assigned market area and provide systematic, revenue-focused advice to affluent clients. You will manage investments for growth, profitability, and client satisfaction; support regional managers; connect clients with specialists; apply regulatory requirements; and acquire new clients and assets.
Requirements
- Completed banking training, relevant degree, or comparable qualification
- Several years of successful investment sales experience
- Expertise and reliability under Section 87 of the German Securities Trading Act
- Knowledge of banking advisory processes and investment-advice policies
- IDD certification for selling retirement products
- Ability to teach specialist topics to employees
- Portfolio analysis and structuring skills covering return, risk, and tax aspects
- Client acquisition and negotiation skills
- Communication skills and teamwork
Responsibilities
- Represent investment management in the assigned market area
- Advise affluent clients on investments systematically and profitably
- Manage client investments for growth, profitability, and satisfaction
- Support regional managers on investment topics
- Refer clients to wealth planners and cooperation partners when needed
- Apply regulatory requirements
- Acquire new clients and assets through outreach and referral management
