Its Full Service Automation offering deploys and operates robotic systems for manufacturing tasks such as palletizing, case packing, machine tending, pallet wrapping, and material movement. Its current platform combines Formic Core, an on-robot physical-AI execution layer, with Cortex, a fleet-level intelligence and operations layer.

About the Role
You will support robotics deployments and operational work across technical and non-technical activities. You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers; maintain deployment and onboarding documentation; track post-deployment issues; and assist with robotic-system testing, setup, and validation.
Requirements
- Currently pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication
- Show interest in robotics, automation, manufacturing, or industrial technology
- Use Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Slack, or similar tools
- Be based in the greater San Francisco area
- Work onsite five days per week in Oakland, California
Responsibilities
- Support coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and customers
- Assist with deployment documentation, checklists, and installation-readiness reviews
- Capture notes and action items from customer calls and planning meetings
- Prepare customer-facing materials, FAQs, and onboarding documentation
- Track post-deployment issues and follow-up actions
- Assist with robotic-system testing, setup, and validation
- Document edge cases, integration notes, and process improvements
- Maintain SOPs, internal playbooks, and cross-functional documentation
