About the Role
You will support client onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh activities, maintain accurate client records and compliance systems, monitor outstanding requests, and coordinate follow-ups. You will also prepare operational reports and dashboards, support process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with Coverage, Operations, and Technology teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline
- Able to commit from January 2027 onwards
- Organizational and time management skills
- Verbal and written communication abilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support client onboarding and KYC/KYB periodic refresh activities
- Maintain and update client records, compliance systems, and operational trackers
- Monitor outstanding onboarding and KYC/KYB refresh requests
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders
- Assist in executing KYC/KYB refresh initiatives
- Implement, maintain, and optimize the KYC/KYB refresh pipeline
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management information
- Provide administrative and operational support for AML compliance initiatives
- Support process improvement projects and ad hoc assignments
- Collaborate with Coverage, Operations, and Technology teams
