About the Role
You will execute hardware and system stress tests, prepare test benches, inject faults, and diagnose robot and equipment failures. You will log accurate test data, use and modify Python test scripts, support end-of-line and hardware-in-the-loop test development, and translate schematics into test setups.
Requirements
- Associate or technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience with electro-mechanical or robotic systems
- Hands-on hardware debugging experience with multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Experience executing structured test plans and logging high-fidelity data
- Basic Python skills
- Linux command-line skills
Responsibilities
- Execute hardware test plans across feasibility, hardware build phases, and system stress tests
- Inject faults into robot software and hardware to identify edge cases and failure modes
- Diagnose robot and equipment failures using multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Maintain accurate data logs in Google Sheets and internal databases
- Use and modify Python scripts to automate test sequences
- Support end-of-line and hardware-in-the-loop test development
- Translate electrical schematics into test setups
