About the Role
You will build and own an institutional relations function, manage relationships with sell-side research analysts, create institutional-grade research content, translate protocol mechanics and on-chain data into narratives, engage institutional audiences, maintain a CRM, and support media and speaking opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investor relations institutional research investment banking equity sales or capital-markets roles
- Direct experience engaging institutional investors
- Experience engaging sell-side equity research analysts
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Experience producing institutional-grade research content
- Deep understanding of institutional investment decisions and sell-side research
- Fluency in digital assets blockchain technology and token economics
- Existing relationships with sell-side analysts covering crypto fintech or digital assets
- Experience building a function from scratch
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a coverage program for sell-side research analysts
- Serve as a primary contact for the sell-side analyst community
- Brief analysts on announcements protocol upgrades and partnership milestones
- Facilitate access to executive and technical leadership
- Track analyst sentiment coverage gaps and digital asset research
- Author white papers deep-dives tokenomics explainers newsletters and blogs
- Translate protocol mechanics on-chain data and revenue models into institutional narratives
- Develop public-facing data packets briefings and market updates
- Partner with product economics and legal teams
- Engage accredited institutional audiences
- Build and maintain a CRM of institutional and accredited contacts
- Collaborate with PR to secure media and speaking opportunities
