About the Role
You will lead complex self-custody projects from initial research and problem definition through prototyping, roadmap development, and release. You will gather input from users and industry stakeholders, test clickable prototypes with users, and coordinate experts across cryptography, design, firmware, hardware, and Suite. You will maintain solution quality across device, desktop, and mobile, account for interoperability and hardware constraints, and present product direction to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Senior product experience owning ambitious products end to end
- Knowledge of self-custody, seed backup, recovery, inheritance, and multisig
- Technical ability to participate in deep technical discussions and assess engineering constraints
- Idea generation and a strong product point of view
- Exceptional written and spoken communication
- Ability to influence through persuasion
- Deep knowledge and hands-on use of the crypto industry
- Fluent daily use of AI for prototyping, research, and thinking
- Comfort with autonomy and ambiguity
- Fluent English
- Experience with hardware devices, embedded systems, secure elements, or constrained environments
- Background in security, cryptography, or privacy-preserving technology
- Familiarity with advanced Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other wallet setups
- Experience conducting qualitative user research or designing and testing prototypes
- Ability to collaborate onsite regularly in Prague
Responsibilities
- Own self-custody projects end to end, from initial idea to shipped product
- Gather user, support, partner, industry, and internal input and turn it into clear problem statements and business cases
- Build project visions and roadmaps and break work down for contributing teams
- Create AI-assisted clickable prototypes and validate them with users
- Work with technical experts on cryptography, protocol design, device feasibility, and design
- Guide projects through delivery with Suite, firmware, and hardware teams
- Ensure solution quality and consistency across device, desktop, and mobile
- Account for wallet interoperability, standards, and hardware constraints
- Present and defend product direction to stakeholders, including C-level leaders
- Facilitate difficult cross-team conversations
