About the Role
You will maintain, optimize, and scale a mixed physical and virtual computing environment. You will own and improve server and network infrastructure, provide technical support, troubleshoot networks and systems, and develop Python-based automation for infrastructure operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of systems administration, network infrastructure engineering, or related experience
- Understanding of data centre connectivity, structured cabling, TCP/IP networking, IPv4/IPv6, and subnetting
- Experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco switches
- Knowledge of server hardware, network appliances, computer internals, and Linux troubleshooting
- Experience diagnosing network performance issues using Wireshark, tcpdump, or traceroute
- Experience troubleshooting hardware failures and performance bottlenecks
- Hands-on experience with Git workflows
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, SNMP, and performance tuning
- Ability to work weekend and evening shifts and provide out-of-business-hours support when required
Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, and scale physical and virtual computing environments

- Develop and deploy Python automation solutions
- Troubleshoot and improve networks, routing protocols, and computing systems
- Support infrastructure deployments, critical incidents, and maintenance windows outside regular business hours when required
