About the Role

You will lead HSE execution across India operations, manage campus and regional risks, oversee emergency preparedness and incident response, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide HSE managers and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Industrial Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
• NEBOSH International General Certificate or Diploma, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certification is preferred
• 8 to 10 years of HSE experience
• Experience managing multi-site or regional programs
• Experience leading teams or managing regional HSE delivery
• Strong knowledge of Indian HSE regulations and global safety standards
• Experience in corporate office, multi-site, or complex campus environments is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HSE execution for the Gurgaon campus
• Provide site guidance for workplace projects and incidents
• Conduct inspections, audits, and walkthroughs
• Manage the India HSE risk register
• Ensure compliance with Indian HSE laws and regulations
• Manage emergency preparedness, drills, equipment, and training
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement using risk data
• Promote safety awareness and leadership engagement
• Oversee contractor onboarding and safety governance
