About the Role
You maintain rental properties across multiple sites by completing routine and emergency HVAC plumbing and electrical repairs. You prepare vacant units for move-ins conduct property inspections audit vendor work manage service tasks through mobile applications and post legal notices. You travel daily to local properties and perform physically demanding indoor and outdoor work.
Requirements
- HVAC Type II Certification
- Universal HVAC Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Comfort using mobile applications for work orders and communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending and climbing
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Successful background check
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency HVAC plumbing and electrical repairs
- Prepare vacant units for new move-ins
- Conduct move-in move-out and property onboarding inspections
- Audit work completed by external vendors
- Manage service tasks through mobile applications
- Post legal notices
