About the Role

You will lead the implementation and optimization of middle-office operating models for clients. You will translate operational needs into scalable solutions, partner with technology and business stakeholders, analyze operational data, manage implementation risks, act as a senior escalation point, and coach others through complex implementations.

Requirements

  • Understand investment management and have at least six years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Have experience leading large-scale implementations, transformation initiatives, or operating-model changes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Influence, collaborate, and build relationships across clients, business teams, and technology partners.
  • Communicate and present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Organize competing priorities, drive execution, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate interest in financial markets, investment operations, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise across middle-office and investment operations functions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during client implementations.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of middle-office operating models.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver operational solutions.
  • Analyze operational and client data to support decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate implementation and operational risks.
  • Promote mitigation strategies and strong governance practices.
  • Act as a senior escalation point and decision-making authority for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coach colleagues and share knowledge to support complex implementations at scale.
