About the Role

You will monitor international payment flows, identify and address issues before they affect customers, and manage payment cases from investigation through resolution. You will share insights across functions, follow developments in cross-border payments and compliance, and balance operational efficiency with a reliable customer experience.

Requirements

Have some experience with international payments, cross-border transactions, or a related field through work, studies, or strong interest.
Demonstrate analytical skills and an ability to identify patterns and anomalies.
Communicate complex situations clearly and structurally in writing and conversation.
Work comfortably in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
Speak and write Danish and English fluently.
Undergo criminal-record screening where required by local regulations.
Not be registered in RKI.
