About the Role
You will own a country growth plan from launch through reaching one million monthly active users. You will lead user acquisition, optimize distribution, manage agent acquisition and liquidity, improve operations with product and engineering teams, lead field teams, and manage business and financial KPIs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in user acquisition, agent operations, and liquidity management within mobile money, finance, fintech, telecoms, or technology
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Sales experience with a successful track record identifying customer needs and connecting corridors
