About the Role
You will operate humanoid robots at a customer facility, wear sensors to collect motion data, maintain robot equipment, report bugs and collection issues, support site upkeep, and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- Travel throughout the United States
- Operate humanoid robots and support their proper functioning
- Communicate effectively
- Demonstrate physical coordination, spatial awareness, and focus
- Stand for 8 or more hours and physically manage humanoid hardware
- Master physical tasks quickly
- Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Ensure day-to-day robot operations at the customer site
- Wear sensor equipment to collect motion data for AI-model training
- Perform robot and equipment bring-up, setup, maintenance, and shutdown
- Identify bugs and relay feedback to engineering teams
- Track, document, and escalate issues using Jira
- Report data-collection issues and daily feedback
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Support site upkeep and hands-on operational tasks
