About the Role
You will operate and monitor automated assembly systems, load materials, respond to alarms, verify setups, inspect production, and record data in MES tools. You will maintain material flow and traceability, perform basic rework and maintenance, follow safety and 5S requirements, and collaborate to improve production reliability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read work instructions, visual diagrams, and digital work orders
- Comfort using computers, tablets, and MES/ERP systems
- Ability to follow multi-step procedures accurately
- Ability to recognize abnormal machine behavior and report issues
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive and precision tasks
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and support automated assembly systems
- Load and unload components and materials according to work instructions
- Respond to machine alarms and perform basic troubleshooting
- Verify programs, setups, tooling, and fixtures before production
- Conduct in-process visual and functional inspections
- Use MES tools to confirm process steps and record production data
- Document defects and escalate issues
- Perform basic rework within defined procedures
- Stage, replenish, scan, and track materials
- Follow FIFO, traceability, and lot-control requirements
- Maintain EHS and 5S standards
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and Quality teams
- Provide feedback on system performance and recurring stoppages
