About the Role

You will maintain the facility’s equipment, systems, and workspace to provide a safe and reliable environment. You will perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs, conduct safety inspections, track work and supplies, and coordinate external contractors when needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance or related trade experience
• Hands-on plumbing and carpentry experience
• Ability to safely perform basic electrical tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Experience in a manufacturing, lab, or industrial environment
• Forklift or scissor lift certification
• Experience with a CMMS or ticketing tool
• HVAC or mechanical systems exposure

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical systems
• Complete minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
• Conduct facility walkthroughs and safety inspections
• Log completed work and track parts and supplies
• Coordinate outside vendors or contractors for repairs outside your scope
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and operating smoothly
