About the Role
You will translate technical and regulatory HSE content into engaging training for adult learners. You will maintain learning plans in the LMS, track compliance through reports and dashboards, identify training gaps, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and improve training using feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or instructional design
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience designing training for adult learners
- Fluency with health, safety, and environmental topics and terminology
- Learning management system administration experience
- Experience building learning plans, managing assignments, and producing reports
- Experience collaborating across functions
- Report and dashboard development skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Translate technical, regulatory, and safety content into clear training materials
- Design and deliver HSE training using appropriate media and adult-learning principles
- Identify training gaps and maintain current learning plans
- Build and maintain learning plans, assignments, and due dates in the LMS
- Develop reports and dashboards for training progress, completion, and compliance
- Collaborate with HSE teams and training partners
- Use data and feedback to improve training content and delivery
- Travel up to 25% to support training delivery and collaboration
