About the Role
You will coach managers to improve their leadership and provide strategic support on performance, team dynamics, and personal growth. You will advise on organizational decisions and build scalable people systems, including compensation structures, career frameworks, and feedback and evaluation processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a people leader or HR business partner in a high-growth technical environment
- Knowledge of North American employment law and best practices
- Experience developing HR practices and supporting diverse talent
- Experience setting up scalable systems in a fast-growing company
- Coaching experience involving confidential support, improvement, and conflict resolution
Responsibilities
- Coach managers by identifying strengths and blind spots and supporting continuous improvement
- Advise leadership on team structure, succession planning, and strategic people decisions
- Design compensation structures
- Create career and leveling frameworks
