About the Role

You will partner with leaders to anticipate workforce needs, coach managers, guide talent and performance processes, conduct employee-relations investigations, support organization design and workforce planning, analyze HR data, and coordinate compensation and people initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years of human resources experience, or Master's degree plus 3+ years of experience
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, or HR Manager
  • Experience in organizational development, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership coaching, compensation, and employee engagement
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, workers' compensation, and federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday preferred
  • Experience with change management, employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics
  • Analytical, communication, decision-making, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to anticipate and plan workforce needs
  • Coach leaders and managers to improve team performance
  • Build manager capability in performance management, team dynamics, conflict resolution, feedback, and engagement
  • Guide leaders and employees through talent management and performance processes
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning
  • Lead employee-relations investigations and recommend actions
  • Advise on sensitive employee issues and identify employee-relations trends
  • Conduct exit interviews and share actionable findings
  • Support organization design, restructuring, workforce planning, and talent forecasting
  • Analyze workforce data to inform hiring, retention, and organizational design
  • Support compensation cycles and advise on pay decisions
  • Coordinate people initiatives with Legal, Finance, People Operations, and other stakeholders
