About the Role

You will manage the full employee lifecycle, HR documentation, employee records, payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits coordination, and immigration processes. You will partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning, performance, and employee relations, improve HR processes, and maintain compliant HR data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, law, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of human resources experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience managing HR operations across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with Dutch employment law, payroll coordination, and HR administration
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with HRIS or ERP systems
  • Professional working proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR documentation, and employee records
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave administration, and benefits with external providers
  • Manage work permits, residence permits, and immigration processes
  • Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, performance, and employee relations
  • Lead sourcing, interviewing, hiring-process coordination, and offer preparation
  • Manage recruitment-agency and HR-service-provider relationships
  • Support managers and employees on HR policies and employment conditions
  • Develop and improve HR policies, processes, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting while ensuring compliance
  • Improve and automate HR processes and systems
