About the Role
You will advise and coach leaders on employee development, leadership, change, and employment-law matters. You will manage personnel actions and conflict discussions, improve HR processes, contribute to HR projects, reporting, development initiatives, and training, and travel regularly between Kaufbeuren and Fürstenfeldbruck.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or commercial training with an HR focus
- Three to five years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience advising leaders and handling employee-relations cases
- Knowledge of German employment law
- Fluent German and English
- Experience with HR systems, ideally Workday, and Microsoft Office
- Class B driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly between Kaufbeuren and Fürstenfeldbruck
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach leaders on leadership, employee development, change, and culture
- Manage personnel and employment-law matters, including warnings, terminations, settlement agreements, and separation discussions
- Moderate conflict discussions and develop sustainable solutions
- Improve HR processes and support organizational-development and change projects
- Contribute to HR projects, employee surveys, reporting, personnel development, and training
