About the Role
You will serve as the primary contact for office hospitality services, including food and beverage procurement and meeting support for staff and clients. You will coordinate client and office-wide events, manage catering and conference-room services, maintain pantry inventory, support facilities tasks, process hospitality expenses, and work with vendors and internal service teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of hospitality experience
- Organizational, communication, and daily prioritization skills
- Time management and project management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support internal customers during meeting and event planning
- Order, set up, and break down catering for client meetings
- Reset meeting rooms and ensure hospitality procedures are followed
- Coordinate meeting and event execution with internal service teams
- Support users of the conference room scheduling tool
- Allocate invoices, submit expense reports, and ensure timely payment of hospitality expenses
- Provide office administration, conference room, and general office services
- Manage kitchen and pantry food and beverage inventory
- Arrange maintenance and repairs
- Respond to office services questions, issues, and special requests
- Ensure outsourced staff meet service and staffing expectations
- Maintain relationships with office management, employees, vendors, outsourcing firms, and corporate WREM staff
- Plan and coordinate office-wide events with meeting planning and hospitality teams
