About the Role
Support leadership with cost calculations, risk and benefit analyses, resource and feasibility assessments, and execution strategies for milestones and projects. Manage expenses, purchase approvals, vendors, operational budgets, blockers, milestone planning, process optimization, and recurring operational processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the technology industry.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in pre-revenue or pre-profit startups and companies with established operational processes.
- Experience with expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, cost optimization, and documentation management.
- Experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams.
- Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership decision-making with cost calculations, risk and benefit analyses, resource and feasibility assessments, and execution strategies.
- Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting processes.
- Identify, track, and escalate decisions blocking product development and follow up to support resolution.
- Partner with the Project Manager and team on milestone scope, timelines, and cost planning.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize delivery time and cost.
- Standardize recurring operational processes to support smoother scaling.
