About the Role

You will provide leadership with cost calculations, risk and benefit analyses, resource and feasibility assessments, and execution strategies for milestones and projects. You will manage expenses, purchase approvals, vendors, and operational budgets. You will identify blockers, support milestone planning, optimize processes, and standardize recurring operations during a 12-month fixed-term cover.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations management experience in the technology industry.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in pre-revenue or pre-profit startups and companies with established operational processes.
  • Experience with expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, cost optimization, and documentation management.
  • Experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams.
  • Fluent English and strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership decision-making with cost calculations, risk and benefit analyses, resource and feasibility assessments, and execution strategies.
  • Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting processes.
  • Identify, track, and escalate decisions blocking product development, and follow up to support resolution.
  • Partner on planning scenarios for product milestone scope, timelines, and cost.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize delivery time and cost.
  • Standardize recurring operational processes to support smoother scaling.
