About the Role

Provide administrative support to the CISO and Vice Presidents of Engineering and Product by managing calendars, meetings, travel, communications, departmental tracking, expenses, invoices, and sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally VP-level and above
  • Experience in the technology industry or supporting technology-focused leaders is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines accurately
  • Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Interest in and comfort with technology

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Technology executives
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and logistics
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients
  • Prepare and edit presentation decks and other communications
  • Coordinate departmental meeting logistics, special projects, follow-ups, and progress tracking
  • Manage leadership expenses, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Anticipate senior leadership needs and provide proactive workflow solutions
  • Support the executive team with additional assigned duties
