About the Role
You will wear sensor equipment and perform precise, repetitive human-like movements to generate motion data for AI training. You will follow detailed movement protocols, care for equipment, report issues, provide daily feedback, meet collection targets, and maintain a safe, organized workspace across rotating shifts.
Requirements
- Perform repetitive standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and full-range limb motions during 8+ hour shifts
- Demonstrate physical coordination, spatial awareness, and sustained focus
- Learn new physical tasks quickly
- Accept constructive feedback
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
- Work independently and in a small team
- Be available to work at changing sites in São Paulo and its metropolitan area
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Have intermediate English proficiency at B2 level
Responsibilities
- Wear sensor suits and perform precise repetitive movements to generate training data
- Follow Ground Truth movement protocols exactly
- Set up, shut down, don, and doff sensor equipment properly
- Report hardware issues to the Inventory Team Lead
- Flag collection bugs and issues and provide daily feedback
- Work toward daily data-collection targets
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow ergonomic safety guidelines
