About the Role

You will be the core leader of the company's trading business, responsible for formulating the overall trading strategy and business roadmap in alignment with company goals. You will oversee all trading operations, including spot trading, derivatives trading, liquidity management, and trading system optimization, while strictly controlling trading risks and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements. You will monitor global digital asset market trends, policy changes, and competitor dynamics to seize market opportunities and drive business growth. You will lead the research and development of new trading products, manage daily trading operations such as order matching, trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation, and coordinate with technical teams to optimize trading systems. You will establish and improve trading risk management systems, set risk indicators, and lead the trading risk team in assessments and reviews. You will build, manage, and develop the trading team, guide professional growth, and manage performance. You will ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks such as FATF and MiCA, coordinate with compliance and risk teams, and communicate closely with cross-departmental teams including compliance, technical, product, and operations to drive trading volume and user growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital asset trading or financial trading related work experience
• 5+ years of senior trading team management experience
• Experience in compliant digital currency exchanges or fintech companies preferred
• Deep understanding of digital asset trading markets, liquidity management, and trading system operations
• Proficient in digital asset trading strategies, market analysis methods, and liquidity management skills
• Familiar with digital currency trading systems, order matching mechanisms, and trade settlement processes
• Strong risk control awareness and experience establishing trading risk control systems
• Familiar with global regulatory requirements such as FATF and MiCA
• Proficient in using trading analysis tools and data analysis methods
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and resource integration capabilities
• Strong market sensitivity and analytical thinking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Series 7 preferred

Responsibilities

• Formulate long-term and short-term trading strategies including market positioning, product layout, liquidity strategy, and pricing strategy
• Develop trading business plans and OKRs, decompose goals to the team, and supervise implementation progress
• Monitor global digital asset market trends, policy changes, and competitor dynamics to adjust strategies
• Lead research and development of new trading products and services
• Oversee daily trading operations including order matching, transaction execution, trade settlement, and reconciliation
• Manage trading liquidity and cooperate with liquidity providers to optimize allocation
• Establish and improve trading operation processes and standards
• Coordinate with technical teams to optimize trading systems for speed, stability, and security
• Establish and improve the trading risk management system to identify, assess, and control trading risks
• Formulate trading risk control indicators and thresholds and monitor them in real time
• Lead the trading risk team in regular risk assessments and reviews
• Ensure trading activities comply with risk control policies and global regulatory requirements
• Build, manage, and develop the trading team including structure, responsibilities, and performance standards
• Arrange daily work assignments and supervise work progress
• Guide team members' professional growth through training programs
• Manage team performance through regular reviews
• Ensure trading activities comply with global regulatory frameworks such as FATF and MiCA
• Participate in formulating and improving the company's trading compliance system
• Respond to regulatory inquiries related to trading business
• Communicate with compliance, risk control, technical, product, and operation departments
• Cooperate with marketing and operation teams on trading promotion plans
• Feedback user needs and market information to product and technical teams
