About the Role

After an initial training period, you will improve existing strategies, add trading products, enhance trading technology, analyse trading and transaction data, generate insights, and build solutions. You will develop trading ideas and strategies while taking ownership and contributing to P&L.

Requirements

Strong Python skills with 1–3 years of coding experience through work study or personal projects
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Strong willingness and curiosity to learn algorithmic high-frequency quantitative and liquidity provision trading
