About the Role

You monitor aggregate exposure across foreign exchange and CFD positions against approved limits. You watch pricing and liquidity indicators identify anomalies and escalate issues promptly. You follow market events and assess their effect on exposure. You support authorised hedging activities under supervision prepare exposure and P&L reports reconcile discrepancies maintain handover records and contribute to data automation projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance Mathematics Economics Computer Science or a quantitative or IT discipline
  • Up to two years of experience in financial services trading operations market risk or data analysis
  • Genuine interest in financial markets market structure and CFD brokerage
  • Strong numerical analytical and communication skills
  • Accuracy with detail and ability to remain calm in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfort with data reconciliations and dashboards
  • Programming or scripting experience is advantageous
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Monitor aggregate exposure against approved limits
  • Watch pricing liquidity feeds spreads rejections slippage latency and stale prices
  • Follow market movements news economic events and their impact on exposure
  • Support authorised hedging and exposure rebalancing under supervision
  • Prepare and reconcile exposure P&L and dealing reports
  • Identify unusual trading activity and escalate issues
  • Maintain complete handover and activity records
  • Contribute to data automation projects
  • Support ad hoc analyses
