About the Role
You will facilitate institutional OTC block and algorithmic trades, source liquidity, and deliver best execution. You will capture and settle trades accurately, reconcile positions, manage risk, analyze post-trade activity, diagnose issues, support strategic initiatives, and implement process improvements and automation. You will work Wednesday through Sunday in a hybrid arrangement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
- 1–3 years of experience in trading, desk support, financial services, or brokerage
- Availability for weekend hours
- Strong numerical aptitude and spreadsheet proficiency
- Interest in fintech, blockchain, and digital assets
- High attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure
- Willingness to work US hours or early APAC hours
Responsibilities
- Facilitate OTC block and algorithmic trades for institutional clients
- Engage cross-functionally to understand OTC business operations
- Support strategic initiatives that expand profitability
- Scout liquidity from dark pools and provide best execution
- Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement
- Diagnose issues and escalate root causes
- Perform position reconciliation, risk management, and post-trade analysis
- Propose and implement process improvements and automation
- Support projects emerging from Asia
