About the Role

You will analyse trading and transaction data, identify opportunities, develop and optimise trading strategies, build tools, improve trading infrastructure, monitor performance, and explore new markets. You will take ownership of projects affecting P&L while combining trading, coding, data analysis, and commercial decision-making.

Requirements

Strong Python skills with typically 1–3 years of coding experience
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience or relevant internships
Strong trading intuition and genuine interest in algorithmic trading high-frequency trading quantitative trading and liquidity provision
Ability to analyse complex datasets identify patterns and turn insights into practical solutions
Interest in financial markets and technology

Improve and optimise existing trading strategies
Research and develop new trading strategies and products
Analyse market trading and transaction data to identify opportunities
