About the Role
Design and manage a global compensation and benefits architecture covering job architecture, salary bands, variable incentive pay, equity programs, benefits, analytics, reporting, governance, and executive partnership across the US, LATAM, and EMEA.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, including startup or high-growth experience.
- Experience building or significantly redesigning global compensation or benefits programs.
- Hands-on equity program administration experience with option grants, RSUs, and cap table coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and experience building compensation models, pay equity analyses, and executive reporting.
- Experience supporting global multicultural teams across multiple regions; LATAM experience and Spanish proficiency preferred.
- Experience partnering with CPOs, CFOs, and senior leadership on compensation strategy and board-level reporting.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. CCP or CEBS certification is a plus.
- Prior identity verification, cybersecurity, KYC/AML, data company, consulting, or executive compensation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage global compensation strategy, including job architecture, salary bands, variable incentive pay, and equity programs.
- Lead end-to-end annual compensation cycles, including benchmarking, leveling, planning, and equity refreshes.
- Design, implement, and scale benefits programs across the US, LATAM, and EMEA.
- Administer equity programs with Legal and Finance, including grant planning, cap table reviews, and employee communications.
- Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and models for compensation trends, pay equity, gender parity, and headcount cost.
- Partner with executives, HRBPs, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on total rewards, performance management, promotions, and recognition programs.
