About the Role

You will lead the design and enhancement of global compensation and benefits policies, programs, and guidelines. You will implement short- and long-term incentive plans, advise senior leadership and HR on complex rewards matters, oversee benchmarking and annual compensation processes, deliver training, and improve rewards workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge and experience in global compensation and benefits design.
• Experience designing and implementing broad-based compensation, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive programs.
• Experience with annual compensation reviews.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Financial acumen and business insight for incentive-program design.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Design global compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, structures, programs, and tools.
• Drive the design and implementation of company-wide short-term and long-term incentive programs.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication strategies for incentive programs.
• Advise senior management on Total Rewards strategies.
• Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and HR functions to resolve complex compensation and benefits matters.
• Lead benchmarking studies and recommend improvements to rewards policies and guidelines.
• Oversee annual compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, LTI grants, benefits reviews, and salary surveys.
• Deliver Total Rewards process and best-practice training to HR staff and business leaders.
• Improve rewards workflows, procedures, planning, policies, and programs through project management.
