About the Role

You will lead the global tax function, manage tax compliance and provisions, oversee international and indirect tax matters, establish scalable controls, advise on business decisions, and manage tax advisors and authority inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 8-10+ years of relevant tax experience
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation and international tax matters
  • Knowledge of ASC 740 and tax provision processes
  • Experience with multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
  • Experience with transfer pricing, intercompany arrangements, indirect taxes, withholding taxes, and international expansion
  • Experience developing scalable tax policies, processes, and internal controls
  • Experience managing external tax advisors, audits, tax authority matters, and filing deadlines
  • Analytical and project-management skills
  • Communication skills for explaining tax matters to stakeholders and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Own global tax strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, reporting, and planning
  • Manage U.S. federal, state, and international income-tax compliance
  • Oversee indirect-tax and withholding obligations
  • Own annual and interim tax provisions under U.S. GAAP and ASC 740
  • Develop tax compliance calendars, controls, policies, and documentation
  • Lead tax planning for entity structuring, intercompany arrangements, and expansion
  • Maintain transfer-pricing policies and documentation
  • Assess permanent-establishment, nexus, and tax-residency risks
  • Provide tax guidance on contracts, products, transactions, and operations
  • Support M&A tax due diligence, structuring, and integration
  • Manage tax authority inquiries, examinations, notices, and disputes
  • Manage external tax advisors
  • Build and develop the internal tax function
