About the Role
You will maintain direct and indirect tax ledgers, prepare tax journals and reconciliations, and support corporate income tax and VAT filings. You will assist with tax provisioning, audits, invoice coding, and improvements to finance processes and systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on tax or general ledger accounting experience
- Regional tax accounting experience
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders or teams
- Analytical and automation mindset
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Workday financial systems experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain direct and indirect tax ledgers
- Complete monthly accruals, tax journal postings, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review corporate income tax and VAT filings
- Support tax provisioning and effective tax rate calculations
- Support internal and external audits and liaise with tax specialists
- Improve processes and financial systems
- Apply correct tax coding to invoices
