About the Role

You will join Wintermute's Strategy and Operations team in the COO office, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. You will co-design, own, and implement strategic initiatives while building core business functions for scale. The role is practical, hands-on, and highly cross-functional.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital-backed startups, or law firms.
2+ years of in-house execution experience in trading or crypto firms.
Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills.
Hands-on execution ability and ownership mentality.
Strong, concise communication and listening skills.
Structured, organized, reliable, and able to drive urgency and alignment.
Deep understanding of trading and crypto.
Ability and interest to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
Familiarity with Tableau or PowerBI.
Results-driven with strong execution skills.
Top-tier MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives through successful implementation and act as a hands-on problem solver and executor.
Oversee Strategy and Operations projects while delivering personal projects with a player-coach mentality.
Lead go-to-market analysis and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.
Identify growth opportunities and help launch operations, including licensing and new products.
Build reporting and analytics capabilities and automate dashboards to inform decisions.
Develop talent operations and internal training programs.
Deliver operations for multidisciplinary processes and ensure cross-department alignment.
Review and negotiate commercial agreements and liaise with investors and external advisors.
