About the Role
You lead the Sales Analytics function, guide data scientists and analysts, rebuild scalable sales data foundations, improve forecasting, apply causal and quasi-experimental methods, enable AI-powered self-service analytics, and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or related fields
- 4+ years leading a growing analytics team
- Experimental design, causal reasoning, and quasi-experimental methods
- Experience with Salesforce data at scale
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake
- Sales and revenue domain knowledge
- Cross-functional partnership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience building and leading analytics functions in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Analytics team
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify revenue drivers and anomalies
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Rebuild foundational sales data systems with Data Engineering
- Partner with stakeholders on a data and infrastructure roadmap
- Evolve sales forecasting methodology
- Enable self-service analytics with AI
- Recruit, mentor, and develop an analytics team
- Connect data organizations to accelerate revenue analytics
