About the Role
Lead the embedded analytics organization across growth, product, markets, finance, risk, and institutional functions. Define analytical standards, guide complex analyses, establish shared practices, partner with business leaders, oversee company-level reporting, and develop analysts into senior contributors and future leads.
Requirements
- 10+ years in analytics or data science, including 4+ years managing analysts or scientists
- Expert SQL and statistical grounding in experiment design or causal claims
- Experience running an embedded or matrixed analytics team
- Credibility with senior business stakeholders
- Track record of developing analysts and managing performance
- Strong prioritization across competing demands
- Hiring track record and experience building teams
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
- Data science depth in experimentation, causal inference, or predictive modeling is a plus
- Marketplace, exchange, trading, fintech, crypto, or prediction-market experience is a plus
