About the Role
You will own hiring strategy and execution across all functions. You will build sourcing systems, lead the interview process, partner with founders and technical leaders to uphold hiring standards, manage recruiting data and forecasting, oversee candidate experience, and hire and lead a recruiting team while remaining hands-on in the funnel.
