About the Role
You will lead, coach, and grow product managers and UI/UX designers. You will establish product processes, drive customer discovery and data-driven decisions, manage product success, coordinate product initiatives across departments, and lead specific products hands-on when needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Track record managing deep-tech B2B products
- Experience scaling products with multi-million USD annual revenue
- Experience conducting customer interviews and defining products
- 3+ years of direct people management experience
- Experience with product management methodologies and product analytics
- Ability to travel up to 25% nationally and internationally
- English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Set standards for customer understanding, continuous discovery, and data-driven product decisions
- Coach and manage product managers and UI/UX designers
- Manage hiring, team composition, performance, and career paths
- Own the commercial success of products
- Test products with customers and manage specific products
- Coordinate product activities with development and commercial teams
