About the Role
You will define product bets for AI-native video creation and turn model capabilities into reliable workflows. You will own products from problem definition through launch and iteration, build evaluation frameworks, work with users and cross-functional partners, and manage and develop Product Managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience or 8+ years in roles building product judgment
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers
- Fluency in generative media
- Hands-on experience prototyping or shipping with AI models and tools
- Cross-functional leadership experience
- Ability to operate in ambiguity
- Technical and product communication skills
- Understanding of technical constraints and tradeoffs
- Perspective on the future of product management
Responsibilities
- Develop product bets for AI-native video creation
- Translate model capabilities into reliable product experiences
- Create coherent workflows across generation, editing, iteration, and publishing
- Evaluate generated media for quality, controllability, consistency, latency, cost, and usefulness
- Research user workflows and market opportunities
- Own products from problem definition through prototype, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks
- Partner on product positioning, launches, education, and distribution
- Manage, mentor, and develop Product Managers
