About the Role
You will define product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps for benefits enrollment experiences. You will translate customer needs into a prioritized backlog, lead discovery and experimentation, measure performance, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and guide release planning and business readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of product management experience
- 7–10 or more years of experience in financial services, health, or benefits-related domains
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products
- Expertise in product positioning, product development, product strategy, and strategic decision-making
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and multi-stakeholder alignment
- Experience developing business cases and setting strategic direction
- Ability to use data to understand customer needs and create actionable requirements
- Experience working with technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
- Deliver digital benefits-enrollment and decision-support solutions
- Translate strategic goals into a prioritized product backlog
- Partner with technology, design, research, legal, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Drive product discovery through customer research, data insights, and experimentation
- Measure experience performance and improve outcomes
- Align partners on priorities, timelines, progress, and risks
- Support release planning, business readiness, and organizational change
- Make trade-off decisions across customer value, quality, cost, and speed to market
