About the Role
You will lead product analytics initiatives that inform product strategy, adoption, engagement, and lifetime value. You will conduct discovery analyses, design and evaluate experiments, define KPIs, translate commercial goals into measurable product metrics, and build self-service analytics capabilities with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product analytics experience for a digital product
- Product strategy, experimentation, roadmapping, and prioritisation expertise
- Presentation and storytelling skills
- Project management and people skills
- Experience as an analyst and a product manager
- SQL proficiency
- Ability to analyse complex data
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Experience leading a team of analysts in product companies
Responsibilities
- Conduct hypothesis-driven product discovery analyses to identify and quantify user problems
- Design, propose, and analyse product experiments
- Define and analyse impact hypotheses and KPIs for new products and features
- Perform exploratory and hypothesis-driven user research analyses
- Translate revenue goals into business and product KPIs
- Analyse correlations between engagement, longevity, and lifetime value using statistical methods
- Design experiments to drive product adoption and analyse their results
- Partner with data, engineering, data product, and data science teams to deliver self-service event analytics
- Build KPI statistical engines with data science teams
- Lead a team of analysts
