About the Role
You will own end-to-end Power BI reporting, including the daily CEO KPI pack, weekly C-Suite scorecard, partner-facing reports, and departmental dashboards. You will build semantic models and DAX measures on Microsoft Fabric, manage row-level security, automate refreshes and distribution, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. You will work with Business, Marketing, Tech, and departmental heads to define KPIs and turn data into clear stories for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years building production Power BI reports, including semantic models, DAX measures, row-level security, performance optimisation, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong SQL for ad-hoc analysis and semantic-layer authoring.
- Experience publishing recurring executive packs under a published SLA.
- Experience owning KPIs from business definition through DAX implementation to executive consumption.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Professional written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Produce the daily CEO KPI pack from the Executive Power BI workspace before 09:00 CET.
- Build and maintain the C-Suite weekly scorecard and coordinate commentary sign-off from departmental heads.
- Build and maintain departmental dashboards across Marketing, Finance, Trading, CSR, and Compliance.
- Author and maintain Power BI semantic models and DAX measures on the Microsoft Fabric Gold warehouse.
- Configure and audit row-level security for datasets containing client-identifiable data.
- Partner with IT on Microsoft Entra group mappings for Finance, departments, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and uphold the KPI Dictionary and governed semantic layer.
- Own end-to-end Power BI reporting.
- Define dashboard design, KPI selection, and data structure.
- Automate data refreshes, alerts, and report distribution.
- Partner with Business, Marketing, and Tech on reporting needs.
- Present data as clear stories for senior stakeholders.
