About the Role

You will own executive and board reporting, KPI dashboards, and recurring performance summaries. You will monitor business performance, investigate trends and anomalies, and conduct deep-dive analyses of user behavior, trading activity, market performance, and revenue drivers. You will evaluate initiatives, build forecasting and scenario models, align metrics with cross-functional partners, and improve reporting systems and processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience owning business-wide reporting and KPI frameworks
• Understanding of acquisition, retention, order size, and monetization
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to executives
• High attention to detail
• Experience in crypto, fintech, prediction markets, or another data-intensive financial product is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own executive and board-level reporting, including business reviews, KPI dashboards, and recurring performance summaries
• Monitor business performance daily and proactively surface trends, anomalies, and risks
• Run deep-dive analyses on user behavior, trading activity, market performance, and revenue drivers
• Evaluate the impact of product launches, pricing changes, marketing campaigns, and liquidity programs
• Build forecasting models and scenario analyses to support planning and investment decisions
• Partner with Product, Finance, Growth, and Engineering on metric definitions and analytical priorities
• Improve reporting systems and processes to reduce manual work and surface insights automatically
