About the Role
You will investigate transaction, financial, and customer data to identify anomalies, fraud patterns, and risk exposures. You will partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to translate business questions into actionable analysis. You will develop dashboards and alerts, improve data quality and metric definitions, and help design and validate automated risk, fraud, and reporting logic.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Strong SQL skills
- Python for analysis and automation
- Experience with financial, transaction, or risk and fraud data
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into analytical investigations
- Interest in applying AI and machine learning to risk, fraud, and reporting problems
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Analyze transactions, financial trends, and customer activity to identify anomalies, fraud patterns, and risk exposures
- Investigate the drivers of key metrics
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to evaluate controls and initiatives
- Translate business problems into structured analysis and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and alerts for financial performance, fraud signals, and risk metrics
- Improve communication of metrics and insights
- Turn manual checks into automated monitoring
- Design and validate data and AI logic for risk, fraud, and reporting platforms
- Improve data quality, metric definitions, and unified datasets
- Build reliable data assets for advanced analytics and AI initiatives
