About the Role

You will build and scale the backbone of the data platform. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines, warehouses, reporting systems, ETL, and real-time streaming architectures. Own cloud infrastructure and production environments, solve data-quality and workflow challenges, and keep large-scale blockchain data systems reliable and optimized.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills
  • Experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure
  • Hands-on Kubernetes deployment, management, and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases at scale
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and deployment pipelines
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, big data, and streaming technologies, such as Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, or Flink
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application and infrastructure layers
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
