About the Role
You will develop an understanding of product workflows and data capture across the lending lifecycle. You will build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for key product metrics; analyze user behaviour and conversion drop-offs; define success metrics; and support product experiments. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate questions into analytical frameworks and recommendations. You will also ensure data quality and identify tracking or instrumentation gaps.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and user behaviour analysis.
- Communication skills to present insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
