- Build and evolve the analytics strategy for the conversational journey
- Define metric trees and key performance indicators
- Develop dashboards and analyses to monitor product health
- Conduct exploratory and in-depth analyses of customer behavior
- Build funnel, cohort, retention, recurrence, and customer-segmentation analyses
- Identify growth and customer-experience improvement opportunities from data
- Turn large volumes of conversational data into actionable insights
- Support strategic and executive decisions with clear recommendations
- Develop new ways to measure the success of AI-based products
